How We Got Here + Who We Are
Ben Foster is an Arizona native, with a passion for helping people. He is married to his wife Olivia (who shares his passion for health and wellness), and together they have three kids. Ben has been an EMT for 20 years, a paramedic for 14 years, firefighter for 14 years. He holds the following degrees and certifications:

Ben's background in helping people when they are experiencing medical emergencies fueled his passion to help people live full and healthy lives. By helping people BEFORE they get to the point of needing emergency services, it is his hope that these people can live healthier lives.
